General Electric WE04X10152 Dryer Thermostat

The General Electric WE04X10152 Dryer Thermostat is a temperature control element that monitors heat within the system and interrupts the heating circuit when the temperature limit is reached. As the surrounding air or heated surface reaches the thermostat's operating threshold, its internal contact changes condition, controlling electrical flow to the heating circuit. It is installed near the dryer heating or airflow section and the thermostat attaches to the indicated mounting surface and connects through its electrical terminals. Its temperature-responsive switching supports regulated heat levels and prevents excessive temperature throughout normal drying cycles.
