The Bertazzoni 502283 Cooktop Gas Valve By Pass 065 controls the additional fuel flow bypassing the main gas valve to slightly adjust the pressure of delivery to each burner. The bypass valve that is installed in the internal gas manifold assembly of the cooktop has the outlet connecting the incoming supply with select burner feed passages through threaded fittings and manifold mounting points.
